By accessing or using JSONToonPro ("Service") at jsontoonpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

JSONToonPro provides a JSON to TOON format conversion tool designed to reduce token usage when working with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs. The Service includes:

• Free browser-based JSON ↔ TOON converter
• LLM cost calculator
• Pro features including REST API, batch processing, and AI optimization (paid tier)

The free tier of JSONToonPro is provided at no cost and includes the core converter functionality. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue free features with reasonable notice
• Introduce usage limits on the free tier
• Display non-intrusive advertisements on free tier pages

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis
• Provide accurate billing information
• Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of Pro features. Contact support@jsontoonpro.com for refund requests.

You agree not to use JSONToonPro to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Process illegal, harmful, or malicious content

The JSONToonPro name, logo, website design, and software are owned by JSONToonPro and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

The TOON format specification itself is open and free to use in your own projects.

Pro users receive access to the JSONToonPro REST API subject to rate limits defined in their plan. Excessive use beyond plan limits may result in temporary throttling or account suspension. API keys must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.

JSONToonPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Token savings estimates are approximate and may vary based on your specific data and LLM provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSONToonPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Your use of JSONToonPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
